At Pro Touch Gear, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • 🕒 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • 🧼 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • 🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • 💵 There are no restocking fees.

  • ⚠️ Customized items cannot be returned.

To start a return, please email us at protouchgear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.

Totalfut Collection: Exchange-Only

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item following the return process above.

Totalfut Collection: Exchange-Only Policy
Please note that all items within the Totalfut collection are subject to a specific return policy:
  • No Refunds: All purchases from the Totalfut collection are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for monetary refunds.
  • Exchanges Only: We are happy to offer an exchange for these items if you need a different size, color, or style.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange, Totalfut products must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
    • In their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • How to Initiate: Since these items are marked as "Final Sale" in our system, you cannot use the standard online return portal. Please contact our support team at protouchgear@gmail.com with your order number to begin your exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at protouch1@gmail.com and we’ll make it right immediately.

Final Sale Items

At this time, Pro Touch Gear does not offer final sale items. If that changes, they will be clearly labeled on the product page.
